Seeking Transitional Housing?
The Marin Continuum of Housing and Services, in partnership with EAH, has developed 101 units of 2 year transitional housing at the former Hamilton Air Field in Novato.  These units serve individuals and families that are homeless or working to transition out of homelessness.  To access this housing, interested parties must be referred by one of six nonprofit agencies serving this population.  These referring agencies are Center Point Inc., Homeward Bound of Marin, Marin Abused Women’s Services, Marin AIDS Project, Integrated Community Services and Lifehouse.  Applicants for the transitional housing program must successfully complete the intake program of one of these agencies, and then once referred, is screened for eligibility based on income.  For more information contact the Continuum at 415-459-0134.
